Important Information
- All prices are per unit per week
- You do not have to be present for delivery or pickup
- Guaranteed equipment availability on all orders placed at least 2 weeks in advance
- Minimum order for free delivery is $50.00 (before tax). If an order does not meet the minimum, it will be picked up from and returned to our office.
- Payment in full is due prior to delivery.
- The tenant is responsible for all lost or damaged equipment.
- Deliveries made from 9am to 7pm during peak season.
- Additional Fee may be applied on requested same day delivery.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
- Although every effort has been made for accuracy, Vacation Equipment Rentals Inc. is not responsible for errors in the Brochure or on the website. Descriptions and rates are subject to change without notice.
- Lessee must be 16 years of age with a valid Drivers License.
Please contact our office for additional information. A $25.00 delivery fee may be applicable.
Satisfaction Policy
Vacation Equipment Rentals Inc. guarantees satisfaction. Upon arrival tenants must inspect all rental items for satisfactory condition. Unsatisfactory rental items must be reported to Vacation Equipment Rentals within twenty four (24) hours of check in time. If unsatisfactory rental items are not reported within twenty four (24) hours of check in time the tenant will be held accountable.*
Refund Policy
Cancellations without penalty must be made two (2) weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations less than two (2) weeks in advance, a 25% ($10.00 minimum) fee will be assessed. Upon arrival we cannot offer refunds, but we will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value.*
In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the tenant is required to provide Vacation Equipment Rentals with a written refund request within thirty (30) days after evacuation. Prorated refunds will be given for rental equipment only. We are unable to prorate linens and towels.
